Now that you had a look at several folios of the Arabic translation, do you have a opinion about the translator? Would you say that he/she is used to work with Christian text? Are the places that sound artificial only due to the Mozarabic context? I would be interested into your opinion about the translation in general. :)

In the MS I have noticed three samples of plural san. fem. of the passive participles of the first form. The one referred to above does not correspond to any Latin word exactly. The oldest Sinai Mss do not attest any of such, but these plurals are abundant in the later Muslim treatises on philosophy etc. where they seem to be litteral renderings of the Greek plurals. It is a pity that Vat.Lat. (allegedly of the ninth century?) has no passages corresponding to such occurences...

Yes, some scholars suggest already a 12th century datation (cf. Aillet 2010 e.g.). Would you go so far?
