The spelling المومن without hamza is not convincing in itself but it is a typical Maghibi feature.

Do you mean because of the missing hamza? The same spelling is to find in Vat. Ar. 13 which is an eastern manuscript (Melkite): cf. e.f. 1 Cor 4:17:

I mean that the Maghribi orthoepy based on the Qur'ānic reading of Warsh b.Nāfi' NEVER uses the hamza in this word. The Oriental Christian Arabic texts sometimes do, that's why the omitted hamsa is not convincing as an argument for the Maghribi origin of the text.

Yes, it would be so if the Ms were completely vowelled, but it is not.
