How to Use the Manuscript Viewer

The manuscript viewer displays the images and text of the manuscript Marciana Gr. Z. 11 (379). It provides a diplomatic edition respecting the formatting (line breaks, colors, etc.) of the manuscript. It is possible to select between two versions of the text: diplomatic and normalized.

The research question of HumaReC is to investigate, using the edition of a unique trilingual Greek, Latin and Arabic New Testament manuscript as test-case, how Humanities research is reshaped and transformed by the digital rhythmus of data production and publication.
