The spelling فام with only one dot instead of قام is certainly a testimony of the exemplar/antigraph in Maghribi script.

I will be particularly attentive in the next folios: it would be great to find other cases of ف/ق or other similar phenomenons that could support your interesting hypothesis of an antigraph in Maghribi script.
